These rates are only available through the reservation cut-off date of September 11, 2025. International Aortic Summit organizers are not able to guarantee additional rooms at the discounted group rate after this date, or if the IAS2025 room block sells out prior to the September 11 reservations deadline. After this date, all reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate (at the time of booking).

All U.S. citizens must have a U.S. passport for all travel to and from Aruba. We strongly encourage all U.S. citizen travelers to apply for a U.S. passport or passport card well in advance of anticipated travel. All travelers must complete in advance an online embarkation/disembarkation card. You are required to have an onward/return ticket, proof of sufficient funds and proof of lodging accommodations for your stay. The typical length of stay granted by immigration to U.S. citizens is 30 days, and may be extended to 180 days by the office of immigration.

Queen Beatrix International Airport

Take the main road out of the airport towards Oranjestad. After Oranjestad, the highway curves into JE Irausquin Blvd. The Hilton Aruba is on the left side of the road in the high-rise area.

From Oranjestad head Northeast on Arnold M Schuttestraat toward Zoutmanstraat. Turn left onto Wilhelminastraat. Continue onto Havenstraat. Turn left onto Shellstraat. Turn right onto Lloyd G. Smith Blvd. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto 1B/L.G. Smith Blvd/ Sasaki Weg/ Lloyd G. Smith Blvd. Turn left onto Palm Beach Way/ Route 3. Turn right onto J.E. Irausquin Blvd and the hotel will be on the right.
