We are pleased to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at the 2026 International Aortic Summit, held October 15–17, 2026 in Aruba.

Booth space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once applications are received with payment.
Application
All applications must be received by Friday, September 4, 2026. Companies are encouraged to apply as early as possible — after the deadline, space is assigned in the order applications are received with full payment.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required with every application; the balance is due by Friday, October 2, 2026. Make checks payable to Behind the Scenes, a Medical Education Company, and mail with the application to 9737 NW 41st Street, Suite 1018, Doral, FL 33178.
Companies may not display if exhibit fees are outstanding at the time of the meeting.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to info@aorticsummit.org by Friday, September 4, 2026 and are subject to a 25% administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after September 4, 2026.
