Spouse/Partners and all guests must be registered to attend the Welcome Reception (Thursday, October 15) and Dinner (Friday, October 16). This category does not include access to the CME sessions.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made by written notice and received by the IAS office no later than Friday, September 18, 2026. All refunds are subject to a $75.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.
