Fees & Booking
- Resort fee — $55/day (Aruba, Bonaire & Curaçao Towers); $79/day (Westerly Tower). Includes internet, non-motorized water & fitness activities, bicycle rentals, and refillable water bottles.
- Portage fee — $5.00 / person.
Due to high demand, you must first register for the meeting to book your room at the group rate. Reservation instructions arrive in your registration confirmation email.
Group rates available only through the cut-off date of September 15, 2026. After this date — or if the room block sells out — reservations are accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate.
Travel Information
All U.S. citizens must have a valid U.S. passport for travel to and from Aruba. Apply well in advance — call 1-877-4USA-PPT (1-877-487-2778) for information.
All travelers must complete an online embarkation/disembarkation card in advance at edcardaruba.aw. You must have an onward/return ticket, proof of sufficient funds, and proof of lodging. Typical stay granted is 30 days (extendable to 180).

From the Airport
Queen Beatrix International Airport. Take the main road out of the airport toward Oranjestad. After Oranjestad, the highway curves into J.E. Irausquin Blvd. The Hilton Aruba is on the left in the high-rise area.
