Application
All applications must be received by Friday, September 6, 2024. However, companies are encouraged to return applications as soon as possible, as space is limited. After the deadline, space will be assigned in the order in which applications are received (with full payment).
Payment
50% deposit is required with all applications. The balance must be paid by Friday, October 4, 2024. Checks should be made payable to Behind the Scenes, a Medical Education Company and mailed with the application to:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to info@aorticsummit.org by Friday, September 6, 2024, and are subject to a 25% administrative fee. There will be no refunds issued for cancellation requests received after September 6, 2024.
